Avebury is part of the winning team selected to deliver the Canning Town Regeneration project.
This project will see around 7,000 homes being built and around 400,000 square feet of commercial property being developed over the next 7 years.

Originally a competition run by The London Borough of Newham, Avebury were actively involved in the bid process with Countryside Properties & William Sutton. The consortium made the shortlist of 6 and subsequently was appointed to the Development Panel of 3. As a result of this, Avebury will be providing project management services for William Sutton on the affordable housing elements and cost advice for the consortium.
