We encourage the involvement of trainees and young people in the regeneration of their communities ultimately leading to an NVQ Level 3 qualification, employment in construction related activities which supports a decline in anti-social behaviour and property related crime within the development areas. Avebury are also currently working on initiatives to provide opportunities for young people who initially do not qualify for inclusion on the Young Apprentice and Foundation Modern Apprentice Programmes.
